Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our location in Waupaca, Wisconsin, USA.
Same-day shipping
Orders placed before 3pm Central Time ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm CT ship the next day. Shipping may be delayed on carrier holidays or when a carrier doesn't pick up.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (3–5 business days)
- Orders under $50: standard shipping rate shown at checkout
- Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge
International shipping
We ship to many countries outside the U.S. by UPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. For security, we may contact you to verify international orders before they ship, and we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot verify.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or missing packages
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in shipping or your package doesn't arrive, contact us right away at 715-281-5885 (7 days a week, 7am–7pm CT), by email at waterwellandsepticsupply@gmail.com, or through our contact page and we'll make it right.
